USDCAD DAILY OUTLOOK: Still retracing?

Trying to build up momentum off the 1.4006 low but so far still in the realm of a  retracement (high 1.4129 vs. 1.4125 = 50%).. 1.4154 = 61.8% (AT daily chart)

FIBOIS 1.4247 => 1.4006
